Escalate and JISC will host the annual HE in FE Conference at the Trident Centre, Warwick on Wednesday 26th May.
The conference will examine the challenges and opportunities facing HE practitioners working in an FE environment, as well as offering some ideas for best practice.
Following the keynote address from Professor John Storan, Director of Continuum at the University of East London (UEL), the conference theme will focus on professional concerns for HE in FE practitioners regarding questions around status, professional standing and the use of technology to inspire practice.
Other speakers include Sarah Knight (JISC) and Ros Smith (GPI Solutions) on the topic of Effective Practice in a Digital Age, and Steve Rose (University of Exeter) discussing Emerging Technologies and Augmented Reality.
